Future of Connectivity

Every Screen Deserves a Stable, Precise Mount

MountArm is a B2B manufacturing service provider specializing in monitor arms, TV wall mounts, and commercial mobile stands. We do not serve end consumers. We partner with office integrators, commercial display contractors, education equipment suppliers, and global channel brands. From a single design drawing to bulk container shipments, we provide end-to-end manufacturing support — from R&D and tooling to production and quality-controlled delivery.

How We Work

Quality Is Engineered In, Not Inspected In

At MountArm, every product must pass structural mechanical simulation, gas-spring selection redundancy calculations, and DFMEA analysis before tooling begins. Our quality control is not end-of-line sorting — it is a three-layer defense system from raw material intake to finished goods dispatch:

Strategic

Engineer reliability at the design stage, resolving 90% of potential risks before production

Control

Standardized processes and error-proofing fixtures to eliminate batch variation

Verification

Build a strong and recognizable brand identity that resonates with your customers.

Who We Serve

Building Product Competitiveness with Global B2B Partners

Our clients are not individual buyers. They are professional organizations for whom mounting systems are a critical component of their own product offerings:

Office space integrators

bundling ergonomic arms with height-adjustable desks and workstation furniture

Commercial display contractors

supplying wall and mobile mounting for conferencing, digital signage, and surveillance

Education equipment suppliers

mobile carts and wall mounts for smart classrooms and interactive panels

Global channel brands

rapidly launching proprietary mounting product lines via OEM/ODM partnerships

Our Quality

At MountArm, quality is not built on slogans. It is built through six executable checkpoints. We don’t chase vanity certifications. We ensure every batch delivers stable, controllable materials, workmanship, and performance.

Design Prevention

Before tooling begins, we use DFMEA (Design Failure Mode and Effects Analysis) and structural mechanical simulation to eliminate potential failure points. Arm length, gas-spring pressure values, and VESA plate stress distribution are calculated at the drawing-board stage — not after the mold is cut.

Raw Materials Control

Gas-spring core seals are sourced from import-grade suppliers. Steel and zinc-alloy die-castings are dual-sourced — at least two qualified suppliers per material to prevent both stock-outs and batch variance. We do not use recycled materials, because the cost of returns for our B2B clients far exceeds what we would save.

Process Control

Assembly is not done by feel. Critical stations use preset torque wrenches and error-proofing fixtures. Operators follow standardized SOPs — if a screw is missing or extra, the fixture won’t let it pass. Our modest scale means line supervisors can stand at every station and check parameters, not just read reports.

Finished Product Inspection

Every gas-spring arm undergoes 100% functional testing after assembly: lift smoothness, hover stability, rotation damping consistency, and locking reliability. Appearance and structure are AQL-sampled, but gas-spring function is never sampled — it is 100% inspected.

Life Validation

100% inspection checks present quality; sampling checks future reliability. Every batch is sampled per AQL standards for cyclic durability testing, verifying that gas-spring pressure decay remains within design limits over long-term use. An arm may sell for a few dozen dollars, but the monitor on a client’s desk could be worth thousands — we cannot let it drop.

Batch Traceability

If a batch has an issue, we must be able to answer: which gas-spring supplier, which steel coil, which assembly shift, and what the test data was. That is why every batch retains raw material incoming records, gas-spring supplier lot numbers, and full inspection data. Traceability is the only path to permanent correction.

This is MountArm’s quality logic: design it right first, source it clean, standardize the process, inspect it fully, validate it by sampling, and trace it completely. We do not promise zero defects — that would be dishonest — but we promise every batch has data, standards, and accountability.
